Description

New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency is pleased to sponsor a 3-day compliance training course and tax credit certification examination to be held October 15-17, 2014.

Attendance is strongly suggested.
Successful completion of this course and examination by the staff person responsible for verification of tenant income satisfies the QAP requirement for tax credit properties.

Note: **Failure to meet this requirement will result in a delay and/or non-issuance of the IRS Form 8609**

We have partnered with the online event management system Eventbrite to manage our online registration and payment via credit card.

Simply select your course and test options, add them to your cart and pay with a credit card. You will receive email confirmation from Eventbrite with your registration information.

Note: We are no longer offering offline registration options, though payment via check is still acceptible payment method. (See "If Paying By Check" below for instructions.)

  2. Click that link and choose "pay offline."
  3. Enter your information and then click "pay by check" to complete your registration.

**REFUND POLICY**
All refund requests must be received in writing and postmarked no later than 10/3/14.
An administrative fee of $25 will apply per cancellation. No refunds will be given after this date. All cancellations should be sent to the attention of Johanna Peña.
